Class Description
Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, find peace of mind, and lead a more peaceful and positive life. Using Buddhist wisdom we can transform the difficulties of daily life into spiritual growth. For more information about meditation and Buddhism, click here!
Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk, and a chance to ask questions. They are ideal for beginners.

Cost $10 per class, $40 for 5 classes. Free for Centre Card holders. No-one is turned away for lack of funds. If you want to come to a class, please just come!
No need to pre-register or start at the beginning of a series. You are welcome to drop in to any class any day.
Registration: There is no need to pre-register. Simply drop in to any class. Although the classes are designed as a series, each class is self-contained, so you can start at any time. You don’t need to wait until the beginning of a series.
